We price against the result,
not against hours.

There is no flat rate on this page, and that is deliberate. Scope determines price: what has to exist, who owns it, what it must produce, and how long the ramp is. Discovery gives you the number in writing, along with the plan behind it, which you keep either way.

The honest comparison
is the alternative cost.

The right question is not what a person costs per month. It is what the same outcome costs you to execute onshore once recruiting, onboarding, training, management, systems, and replacement risk are counted, and whether it lands at all. Our engagements are scoped below that alternative while keeping the operating layer on our side.

Founder capacity

Onshore equivalent

$5,000 – $6,000 / month

Humanloop: at least 30% less

An onshore executive assistant or chief-of-staff support layer, before recruiting, benefits, and management time.

Operational capacity

Onshore equivalent

$5,000 – $6,000 / month

Humanloop: at least 30% less

An onshore operations manager, or a consultancy engagement that leaves you a document rather than a running function.

Growth capacity

Onshore equivalent

$5,000 – $6,000 / month

Humanloop: at least 30% less

An agency retainer billed against hours, or an in-house marketing hire arriving with no system around them.

Onshore figures are indicative market ranges for executing the same scope, used for comparison only. Your engagement is quoted from discovery. The motivating part: we aim to scope Humanloop at least 30% below comparable onshore execution.

Capacity meter

Five questions. Then we will tell you which engagement you actually need.

1. Is there a documented process for this work today?

2. Is there a manager with time to onboard, direct, and measure someone?

3. Do you know what good output looks like week to week?

4. Have you tried hiring into this problem before?

5. What has to be true in ninety days?

Capacity already in placeBuilt from zero

Every engagement
includes all of this.

Discovery: current state, target state, milestones, measures, written plan
Sourcing and vetting for the capability required, not a generic résumé
Pre-enablement: the operator trained on your stack before day one
Onboarding, documentation, and SOPs built alongside the work
Performance management against the measures agreed in discovery
Employment compliance, payroll, and local benefits, we are the employer
Replacement and re-embedding if the operator does not work out
Fixed reporting cadence to a named accountable point of contact

Tell us the problem.
We will scope it properly.

Discovery is a working session. You leave with current state, target state, milestones, measures, and a number, and an honest answer if we are not the right fit.
